Welcome to episode 6 of ๐ฑ๐ท๐ฎ๐ SCHOOL - your quick guide for ๐ฑ๐ท๐ฎ๐, the worldโs number 1 DJ app.
Thereโs so many ways to mix music with djay via the library sources menu.
First we have djay MUSIC which is our free service, streaming 1000s of tracks from renowned record labels.
The MUSIC source gives you access to any tracks purchased from the iTunes Store, or synced via the Music App on your computer.
Next, we have the streaming providers, which require subscriptions although Soundcloud does offer some demo tracks, and Beatport and Beatsource both allow you to play previews of their full catalogue without needing an account.
djay even allows you to mix your own video collection, or the the music videos from Tidalโs streaming catalogue.
The Files source can be used to import music and videos either stored on your device, or on external drives, or from online clouds like DropBox or Google Drive.
And finally the My Collection source allows you to create playlists combining any library source as well as your own music collection.
