How to Place a Multi Page PDF in InDesign: This tutorial video shows how you can place a multi-page PDF in Adobe InDesign, via two methods:
1. Adobe Script, “PlaceMultiPagePDF.applescript”
2. Markzware PDFMarkz PDF to InDesign

The Adobe script, or InDesign script, method takes 5 steps, but you get a non-editable PDF placed throughout your page layout DTP .indd file:
1. Open the Window Menu - Utilities - Scripts.
2. Expand Application - Samples - JavaScript.

4. Browse and select the PDF you want to place.
5. Choose the document and the page number where you want to place it.
