This video explain a technique to defeat Phantom Ganon glitchless without playing tennis. I don't know why it's called 1 cycle since we stun twice but that's what it's usualy refered to as. This technique uses master sword which makes slashing for the stun a bit more lenient than it would be with BGS.
The learning curve is a bit steep but very short. Just a piano trick to build muscle memory for.
