Thingfishy | How To Parry Morgott, The Omen King - An In-Depth Guide - Elden Ring Boss Parry Guide Ep.7 @ThingfishyGaming | Uploaded April 2022 | Updated October 2024, 9 minutes ago.
Morgott, to me at least, represents the first major bump in Elden Rings difficulty level, and is the first early indicator of what’s going to be expected of us in the late game. He’s incredibly aggressive and has a gigantic movement.
While some similarities to the earlier Margit fights give us a slight advantage, he’s also deliberately set up to punish us if we treat him in the same way as Margit.
He’s a real tough cookie but, like most bosses, can be made SLIGHTLY more predictable by parrying him. Here’s how to do it!
I’ll very likely return to this fight at a later date to thoroughly break down ALL of his attacks. But what you see here is enough to make a parry strategy viable.
