"Time for talking's over!"...Frank Horrigan is a fan favourite character from the Fallout Universe and this miniature from Modiphius Entertainment brings him bang up to date and he is massive and seriously fun to paint. In this video we show you how to paint his radiated green mutant skin (also perfect for Orks) and his weathered, silver armour which could also be used for Iron Hands Marines.

We cover some great techniques like simple wet blending skin, dry 'buffing' armour and a seriously simple way to add a blood effect. We hope you guys enjoy this one :-)
