allartclassic.com - The original represents a work by an early Renaissance painter Fra Angelico "Annunciatory Angel".
This piece was painted in our studio from scratch, using a pencil for the initial drawing on canvas, then tempera and acrylic paints.
During the early Renaissance period the painters used to paint on panels with tempera and only in the final stages of the painting process they applied oil, but not necessarily.
