Looking to paint a night sky and do not know where to begin? In this step-by-step tutorial I will walk you through a simple exercise that will not only create a beautiful night sky but will help you gain confidence with your watercolor paints.
In this tutorial I will show you how to use frisket (masking fluid) to leave white areas on your page. I will also cover how to use salt to add texture to your watercolor, as well as some simple ways to blend watercolors using a wet-on-wet technique. I will also demonstrate how to use embossing paste through a stencil and alter handwriting on your art journal page.
