Do you really need a big studio to create art? Today, I’m testing that theory by painting in just one square meter of space—on my lap! With a simple lap table, a small watercolor pad, and a few supplies, I’ll show you how you can paint anywhere, whether you’re short on space or on the go.
Along the way, I’ll share my thoughts on hot press paper, a few fun watercolor techniques, and why sometimes, all you need is a brush and a bit of creative energy to shake off a sluggish day.

About my brushes
I have always bought my favorite brushes from Drawell direct from Japan. They are handmade in Japan. Drawell will ship readily to anywhere in the world. The prices on their website are in Japanese currency but if you send Mr Maeyama an email he will give you prices in other currencies.
