In this video we review how to fold down or open collapsible hoops, how to push together hula hoops with barbed fittings, and how size changing hoops work from DanceHoops.

1) "Shrink with me" hoops have two shaved couplings and break the hoop down any 4" in diameter with a removeable 12" section.
2) Infinity Collapsible (aka Travel Hoops) fold down from full size to 1/4 its original size. Watch the video on how to unfold your collapsible hoop.
3) Coiled hoops (standard hoops). These hoops have a single barbed fitting and heat is recommended for easiler assembly.
