I have spent SOOO much of my life being consumed on what everyone else thought of me. I could not find self worth unless someone showed it to me. While I think this is engrained in us as humans I believe that other factors play into it as well. So how did I learn to not give a F*CK...Overcoming anxiety and reflecting on my life I realized that it was not that I actually cared what others thought of me but I still had not overcome my own critical thoughts of myself.
While sometimes it is hard to believe there is not a single thing inside the human body that is designed to hurt you, we all develop defense mechanisms to protect ourselves. I was still subject to the defense mechanism that was put in place since I was a little boy. Through some of my discoveries I have been able to Not Give A F*ck. Even with the success we need to understand that falling back into decades worth of habits will still be difficult and will fall back into it at times. Please be patient with yourself and know that you are worthy of love and beautiful in your own unique way.
