In PC flipping, you make money when you buy, not when you sell.
In Episode 14 of my Become a PC Flipper series, I show how to negotiate better deals without annoying sellers or sounding like a random lowballer.
The key is simple: make the sale easy for them. Be polite, offer a clear price, pick it up fast, pay quickly, and only point out problems when they are real. If you open negatively, criticize the listing, or over-explain your offer, you usually lose the deal before it even starts.
I also cover how to handle unclear listings, how to ask for a lower price, when to negotiate in person, and why you should always ask if they have more hardware for sale.
