How do you memorize text? And why even bother to do it? As an opera singer, I memorize more than most adults do. I believe that my reading and experience learning things by heart on a regular basis helped to mitigate brain fog and other neurological symptoms during chemo and cell therapy last year, as well as now in my remission. I'm still not sure what exactly goes into memorization, but I have picked up some practices over the years, and I'm sharing them with you!
