Memorising tunes is a challenge for most non-classical players whatever the genre or instrument. In this video I take a detailed look at thirteen different strategies for memorising more efficiently, including visualisation, attaching lyrics to key phrases, understanding tune structures, and identifying key danger points in a melody.
