So I show you how to update your HTC Incredible to Android 2.3.4 without waiting for the OTA update to ping in. Hope this video helps and if you have any questions, feel free to ask! UPDATE: I found a new link to a site that host's the latest "Update" to 2.3.4 for the HTC Incredible. I haven't tried it out yet but it's labeled as "Latest OTA RUU" on this site. If you have any questions about it, I'll try my best to answer them.

UPDATE #2: Thanks to thomasvr1, here's some updated instructions due to the "Latest OTA RUU" not working anymore.
"I followed your instructions but it did not work. Here's what DID work. From the link you provided, instead of downloading the "Latest OTA RUU", I downloaded the "PB31IMG" version. Copy the file over to SD card, then rename as "PB31IMG.zip". Then do the power+volume buttons and the you end up with 2.3.4. Takes about 10 min for the phone to do it's thing. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue."
