I’m no expert on conquering the inner critic. But I have learned techniques to manage it…..though it’s an ongoing struggle . To be completely honest . I can only share my own expeeience and hope sone of my strategies may help you.

I want to share my interesting perspective on the role of the inner critic in the creative process ……

I’m an art educator with a masters degree in art education….and artistic development happens during childhood in specific stages……and there is a stage of artistic development happens in the 5th grade where after children create art blissfully and freely …then the stage of self criticism of their art occurs. I think that totally represents the nature of the creative process of the artist as adult as well.
