Making your own hand sanitizer is quick and easy and takes only a few ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboard. This is a great alternative to store-bought sanitizer, especially because it's impossible to find during the coronavirus covid-19 pandemic that we are all experiencing right now. We are all worried but we can also practice good hand washing techniques (or use hand sanitizer when running water and soap is not available), keep our hands away from our face and stay away from the elderly or those with compromised immune systems. Together we can get through this.
We always have Isopropyl alcohol handy to clean cuts
Aloe vera gel for our hair (some people use it for sunburn relief)
Tea tree oil is a great antiseptic
Lavender is calming (which we need right now) and just smells good!
