Ingredients:
2c./248g Whole Wheat Flour ( add 1 more cup/124g for rolling it out )
1T Vegetable oil
1T Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 1/2c/350 ml Water
1/2 c/41g Chopped Spinach
1/2c/43g Shredded Carrots
Bake in your Biscuit maker 12 minutes......or Bake at 400 degrees in your oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
****Since these biscuits don't have any preservatives and there is fresh vegetables in them, you will want to keep these in an air tight container or ziplock baggie in your refrigerator.****
