In this video, we head back to the Bridgeport to do some drilling without using our DRO. We’ll be drilling two holes and using gage blocks to accurately make two moves; one on the X-axis and one on the Y-axis. As it turns out, our problem didn’t lie in avoiding the use of the DRO, but something much simpler.
Many asked how we sharpen our drills here after our last video, so we're going to show you! Here at Suburban Tool, we use a Darex SP2500 to keep our cutting tools in tip-top shape. We've had this machine for years and it's still going strong (with proper maintenance of course).
