Theres no exact recipe for this as long as you don't add too much breadcrumbs to the mince meat. You can use the seasonings of your choice, you can even add some chilli flakes to the meat and the sauce of you like it spicy.
For the tomato sauce, I usually use Passata, I love the taste it gives, but you can use canned tomatoes if you like.
