This sweet cornbread is so moist and delicious. You will never make Jiffy the same way. Jiffy cornbread can sometimes be dry but adding these few extra ingredients are a game changer!
Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 large eggs
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°. Grease your pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, pour in the boxes of Jiffy Cornbread mix then add the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour batter into your pan and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top starts to lightly brown.
4. Remove from oven and top with butter and/or honey.
