These earrings are constructed from Pipe Chain and use a simple stitching method to add pine-like texture in seconds. Come follow along and learn a new technique!

🛍️ Materials Used:
1ft • SilverSilk Turquoise Timber Pipe Chain
4 • 4mm Chrome color cord ends
12in • Turquoise color Soft Flex medium beading wire
2 • 2mm Copper color Soft Flex crimps
2 • 8mm Pine amber fire polish beads
24 • Size 8 Bronze fire red seed beads
25 • Hubei stabilized turquoise 4x6mm chip beads
2 • Silver color earring wires
🛠️ Tools Needed:
Chain nose pliers
Cutters
Crimping Pliers
Size 11 Beading Needle
Thread Burner, Optional
Loctite Glue, Optional
📋 Step-by-step Instructions:
✅ Step 1: String two 4in lengths of SilverSilk Pipe Chain, with an end cap at each end, onto 8in lengths of beading wire. Cross each wire through a 2mm crimp.
✅ Step 2: Hold each wire firmly and make a crimp with crimp pliers and trim the extra wire off.
✅ Step 3: Cut 120in of beading thread (leaving a 7in tail), and tie a double knot onto the Pipe Chain 1in from the end cap.
✅ Step 4: Pick up three chip beads and one seed bead. Go into the Pipe Chain hoop and then up through the seed bead to make your first stitch.
✅ Step 5: Pick up three more chip beads and one seed bead and repeat the stitching around the hoop.
✅ Step 6: Tie your thread at the end of the stitching, then string a 8mm or 10mm bead and stitch it in place at the top-inner part of the hoop.
✅ Step 7: Make a second earring to complete the set.
