You can infuse Tea into any of your favourite harder drinks. This simple recipe is beautiful with the Tea adding a bitter-sweet richness to the spices.

RECIPE
Ball of PuErh (about 7g) we used Juice Journo: meileaf.com/p/tea-juic
Gin
Apple Juice
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Allspice
Clove

Brew the tea for about a minute to open up the leaves
Infuse in about 250ml of Gin for about half an hour - taste for your preferences then remove the tea.
Heat up Apple juice and spice with your favourite mulled spices. Simmer for about an hour. You could experiment with orange/lemon peel, star anise, cardamom and other spices.
You can cool and refrigerate the mulled juice and serve cold or hot with a shot or two of the Tea Gin.
