I've heard these cards named as Swinging Door Fun Fold or Double Dutch Fun Fold cards. Either way, the are easy to make and really fun to open. Choose a pretty patterned paper and dress it up with a fancy label. I used Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper on the purple card and the Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper for the bird card.
