This week my friend Mary and I sat down in her backyard to enjoy some California sun. While soaking up some rays we thought to make a simple yet sweet treat, a strawberry kabob. We laughed about playing with strawberry shortcake dolls and Kona her dog tried to squeeze in our video.

This is perfect to make for a picnic. You can even drizzle some melted chocolate on top and I think its even a weight watchers snack.
