Hey guys! These Holiday Spritz cookies are a great treat for the holiday season since they look very impressive, but really only took minimal time to make! Enjoy, and make sure you share pictures of your treats on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #kawaiisweetworld!

Spritz Cookie Recipe
Makes about 3 dozen cookies
Ingredients
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Whisk together flour and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg yolks, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Gradually add in dry ingredients. Load into cookie press and press out onto ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
