Biscoff Fudge Recipe
Makes about 36 bite-sized pieces of fudge
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup cookie butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions:
1. Grease an 8” x 8” springform pan with cooking spray. Alternatively, line a regular 8” x 8” pan with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
2. Melt together butter and cookie butter in the microwave, heating for 30 second intervals until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and salt, then add powdered sugar one cup at a time.
3. Quickly pour into prepared pan and smooth with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 1 hour or until set. Remove fudge from pan, and slice.
