Peanut Butter Cookies

2 1/2 cups basic cookie mix
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, shape into balls using about 1 rounded teaspoon each. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and press flat with the tines of a fork in a crisscross pattern. Bake at 375 for 9 - 11 minutes. Cool for a few minutes then move the cookies to a cooling rack to cool. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
