Lemon Pound cake ingredients
1 cup soft butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Glaze, optional:
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
