This drum set was made from re-purposed shells and other spare parts to donate to the Girl Rock Campaign Boston, a great summer music program for girls (which my niece attends and totally loves).
5.5x13 snare, 9x12 tom, 16x16 floor tom, 14x22 kick drum. Purple plaid fabric wrap, purple glitter wrap kick drum hoop inlays, black powder coated hardware, laser-cut wooden badges.

15x16 rope tension snare built for the Broadway musical, Hamilton
This is probably the most unique custom order weve ever gotten. Andres Forero, drummer for the new Broadway musical, Hamilton, contacted us looking for a Revolutionary War style drum that he could use as a side-snare on his drum set while playing in the pit for the show. This is what we came up with. Its a 15x16 8-ply maple rope tension field snare with beefy re-rings, Swiss style heads and gut snares, but heavily customized for drum set playing. In addition to the non-traditional floor tom legs and modern throw-off, we shortened the hoops considerably for ease of playing while seated (as opposed to marching), and even went with black rope instead of white, so as not to call unnecessary visual attention to the musicians in the pit.
