My wife requested this video so here it is. These Blueberry muffins are rich, moist and delicious. Bonus, they aren't hard to make either. Enjoy!

Jumbo Blueberry Muffins Recipe:
2 cups AP Flour
2 Eggs, Room temp
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 cup Fresh Blueberries (of frozen/thawed if that is all you can get)
Melted Butter for brushing on top
Raw Sugar for sprinkling on top
