Blender 5.0 is here, and it finally supports HDR video export natively! This allows us to render colors that are literally brighter than white UI colors on modern OLED displays. In this tutorial, I'll take you through the full workflow to export proper HDR video from Blender, as well as a simple trick/workaround to make sure your HDR videos don't look too dark on SDR screens. I also share some of my other experiences with making HDR content for many years!
