In this video we'll be making a unique Eastern European inspired brown bread that uses rye and whole wheat flour along with coffee, molasses, balsamic vinegar and seeds, (caraway and feenel), to yield a complex, deep flavor.
Because of the added acidity provided by the balsamic, molasses and coffee, a sourdough starter works much better for leavening since it naturally thrives in an acidic environment.
