1 T. pysllium powder
1 C. water
food coloring (optional)

In a large microwave-safe bowl combine all three ingredients. Mix well. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for an additional 3 minutes. Stir and allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes. Microwave again for 2 minutes. Allow slime to cool to room temperature before playing.
