How to make mayo at home yourself. A simple, easy, and delicious mayonnaise recipe that is very easy to modify to your liking. All you really need is eggs and oil. All the other stuff is optional but it's a must if you want better flavor. There were no measurements for the lemon, salt, garlic powder, and pepper because everyone has different tastes. If you like it more sour, add more lemon. If you want it a bit hotter, add more pepper. In fact, add any seasonings you want! Modify it to your hearts content until you get it just right!

👩🍳 The recipe we used:
2 eggs
Avocado oil. (Kept slowly adding and mixing until the texture was how we wanted. If you want it thicker, add more oil. If you want it thinner add less.)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons squeezed lemon
