How to Make Dutch Oven Lifting and Lid Hooks, billy hook for the fire. DIY Camping Gear projects @GavinClarkdiy

I have made these two hooks to lift my Dutch Oven in and out of the fire, and also to take the lid off. They will also be used for putting the billy on the campfire, etc. Made from a 10mm steel rod, a simple welding project.

(Always use all the correct safety gear, and never use the edge of a cutting wheel to grind, it could become weak and break, if it does, you may get to taste that lovely Hospital food.)
