What is Dulce de Leche? It's a sweet thick caramel like sauce that can be used in desserts, poured over ice cream or my personal favorite spread over toast.

Traditionally to make dulce de leche you heat sweetened condensed milk in it's can (sounds dangerous) for hours to convert it. Using the Instant Pot makes this super easy and safe.
