This project is a DIY Floor Sweeping Machine designed as an educational model. it made at home.
It demonstrates how rotational motion from a motor can be converted into a cleaning action using a rotating brush. It is built primarily from eco-friendly materials like cardboard.
​Materials Needed
​Structure: Corrugated cardboard, popsicle sticks.
​Mechanical: DC Motor (3V-6V), plastic gears moter.
​Cleaning Element: A cylindrical brush (can be made from an old bottle wrapped in stiff bristles or sponge).
​Power: AA Battery holder and switch.
​Wheels: Plastic bottle caps or cardboard circles.
​Axles: Wooden skewers or thin metal rods.
​How It Works (Step-by-Step)
​The Chassis: A sturdy cardboard base holds all components.
​The Drive System: A DC motor is mounted to the rear or center.r gears .
​The Sweeping Brush: The front axle is attached to a cylindrical brush. As the motor turns the axle, the brush spins rapidly.
​Dust Collection: A small cardboard tray is positioned behind the brush to catch the debris as it is "swept" upward by the rotation.
