Ingredients:
2 medium beets, grated
1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup sprouts
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for brushing
Materials:
Large mixing bowl
Grater
Knife and cutting board
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Potato masher or fork
Measuring cups and spoons
Brush for olive oil
Bake the patties in the preheated oven (375หF / 190หC) for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through so they cook evenly on both sides.
