Self-Raising Flour - 1000g/1kg
100g desiccated coconut (extra 20g for sprinkling)
Sugar - 200g (extra 20g for sprinkling)
Butter - 250g
Milk - 300ml (150ml fresh milk or water and 150m evaporated milk) or you can use just fresh milk - 300ml
Eggs - 4
Mixed Spice - 11/2tsp
Vanilla Extract - 1tsp
