For this recipe, we used burrata from one of the best cheese factories in Australia, Vannella. Their artisanal burrata cheese is the perfect addition to my cherry tomato pasta - it takes it to the next level. My cherry tomato pasta uses beautiful fresh ingredients, and the artisanal burrata brings the dish all together and makes it a fresh, creamy delight.
In just 15 minutes or less, this dish will take you straight to Italy. Creamy cherry tomato pasta is simple and easy to make, but trust me when I say it is a dish that will impress. Once you break apart the burrata it beats any pasta dish at a Michelin-star restaurant!
