Have you noticed that pound cakes use a lot of cream cheese and butter? Well, thats what makes them taste so good. And this week I teamed up with Challenge Dairy to make this classic cream cheese pound cakes. Not only did I almost eat half of this cake, but my daughters daycare teachers enjoyed it, my sister-in-law, and my brother-in-law helped me eat it too. This really is one of my favorite recipes I have made in a long time.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. Challenge Butter, soften
1(8oz.) Challenge Cream cheese, soften
3 cup.sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
2 Tbs vanilla extract
Directions:
Cream the Challenge Butter and Cream Cheese with a mixer.
Then add the sugar and cream for 2 minutes till light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla, salt, then flour.
Mixx together.
In a bunt pan. Butter and flour the pan.
Add the batter to the pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 mins.
Let it cool.
