TLDW:
Coarse grind medium roast beans. Put in a mason jar overnight at room temperature with filtered water at a ratio of 1:3 beans to water. Strain the grounds with a bag, add a touch of kosher salt to the coffee. Store in a mason jar in the fridge. Apparently the Toddy really sucks. Pocahontas
