» Hey Friends! Today's video shows you how I make these VEGAN Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shakes!
It's a fantastic plant based alternative to a milkshake/thickshake with approx. 15g of plant protein (soy free), healthy carbs and natural sugars. Yahoo! Bananas, hemp hearts and Dates are great power foods to give you long lasting energy making this a wonderful breakfast shake :)

INGREDIENTS:
2 Bananas (Over ripe are great too)
4 Pitted Majool Dates
2 heaping tbsp Cacao
Large pinch of Cacao Nibs (These on their own take getting used to IMO)
3 heaping tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 heaping tbsp of natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp (a spash) of Vanilla
~1.5 Cups Almond Milk
Ice
