homemade quick delicious Chicken and vegetable stir fry on the homemade wok burner including microwave brown rice

00:07 Marinade the chicken and chop the vegetables
01:02 Add oil to a hot wok and cook the vegetables for about 1 minute until golden
01:48 Oil the wok again and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes until golden
02:42 Add vegetables to the chicken and put the cheat rice into the microwave
03:17 When the rice is cooked (1 minute) serve
04:05 Eat
