How to make a cell activator:
In this example I’m using the original Australian floetrol + Amsterdam paint recipe, but we’re skipping the house paints and varnish and just using US floetrol as the pouring medium to mix the colors and the base.
CA: 2.5 Australian Floetrol to 1 part Amsterdam Oxide Black
Colors and Base: 2.5 parts US floetrol to 1 part acrylic paint (use any brand, but dont start from a liquid paint)
PS this is not the ONLY way you do this technique or to make a cell activator - this is simply what I did in this video for this painting
