If you are attempting to make your Blogger theme responsive, it is crucial to follow the instructions carefully.
To create a responsive Blogger theme with the sidebar on the right, go to your Theme and select the Picture Window template. For the mobile theme, you can opt to display the desktop theme only.
Next, click on Customize and navigate to the Layout section. Choose the right sidebar for the layout body and any desired layout for the footer.
