In this tutorial I show you how to make a Pauldron (shoulder armor). This is made from 16 gauge steel, but you can also make it from other materials such as Eva Foam, plastic or fiberglass. Whether you are new to metalworking, going to a comic con to show off your awesome cosplay costume, or just want the best Halloween costume ever, this video is for you!

This armoring process is inexpensive and fairly easy to do. I only use common, ordinary tools that you likely have in your garage already. So grab your hammers and let's get started!
