This is a tutorial on how to make an XP shop in Minecraft.

First 4 Commands Used (in order of appearance)
/give @p[lm=10,r=5] minecraft:diamond_sword
/xp -10l @p[lm=10,r=7]
/give @p[lm=20,r=5] minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[{id:16,lvl:2}]}
/xp -20l @p[lm=20,r=7]
