Starting Area Themes. Always so full of hope. Always so happy, endearing, and calming. Man, I said that like a villain before destroying said area. Oops. ANYWAYS, starting area themes always have this charm about them that just makes you feel like you're about to go on a grand adventure. It's a feeling I always wanted to capture in my own styles. Did I succeed this time around? Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, it was a good learning experience! I don't do happy songs on this channel often, but it's honestly a nice change every once in awhile. Video Game Battle Themes. These are some of the best types of tracks to grace this amazing, but also meme-encrusted Earth. The atmosphere that comes from a video game battle theme can really help carry the fight and add a huge emotional impact to it. They arent always energetic. Sometimes theyre incredibly ambient and calm. Sometimes, theres subtle foreshadowing of whats to come, whether it be through a melody/leitmotif or something else. Video game battle themes can even help you picture your own scenarios and ideas. I just love them, which is a pretty obvious fact by now. Ive been trying to figure out my style for myself and my video game idea (which may or may not happen) and I think this is by far the closest Ive gotten. Rock, Jazzy feels and uh...cool bass guitar things, frantic piano, emotional sci-fi, orchestra. All the things Ive wanted to incorporate are there.
