3 oranges
1/2 frozen banana

This smoothie is going to be the healthiest, tastiest, vitamin rich meal you've ever had. cut up the oranges and put them in the ninja blender. next put in half a frozen banana, a half cup of yogurt, 3 scoops of ice cream, and top it all off with a hearty pour of orange juice fresh squeezed. After you blend this all together, you will have the best orange smoothie. This recipe is without milk. you can also make it without yogurt to make it vegan. it is already a vegetarian smoothie!
